Dacha Tactics #73 - Extreme Dark Faith

This is a fabulous combination I saw, which is not easy but very satisfying. White seems to be winning, but the knight appears stuck. We are ahead on dark, and in some cases, if we could push the d pawn, it would be very juicy. How to uproot the defending black knight on d5?
